Erika Nagae (30) splits her time between work in a social enterprise compost business and a juice bar.

Erika is passionate about diverting food waste from landfill.  Her goal is to worm her way into the food business and close the loop on their food waste through vermiculture (composting).

It’s a dirty business, but Erika’s up for it, she plans to launch her project in summer 2008.
